At The Herbary,
we believe your story matters.
If you’re feeling exhausted, anxious, or out of balance, yet your tests say everything is “fine,” you’re not alone. Many of our clients come to us frustrated, dismissed, or unsure where to turn next.
Meet Kim, Founder of The Herbary
With more than 12 years as a naturopath and 35 years in the health and nutrition field, I bring both experience and compassion to every consultation. I am accredited in Metabolic Balance® and a member of the Naturopath & Medical Herbalists of New Zealand. My passion lies in women’s health, hormonal balance, gut health, and personalised herbal medicine.
At The Herbary, my role is not only to create effective, tailored care plans, but to provide a safe space where you feel deeply supported. If this sounds like what you have been searching for, I would love to meet you.
Why I Do This Work
For me, natural health has always been more than a profession. It’s a calling. I have seen how food as medicine, herbal remedies, and compassionate care can transform lives, not just by easing symptoms but by restoring balance and helping people thrive. That belief led me to create The Herbary. It is a space where evidence-based naturopathy meets the heart of genuine care.
This is why I am passionate about helping people like you find clarity, confidence, and hope in your health journey.
At The Herbary, our care is:
Personalised, not prescriptive – every plan, tea, and remedy is created with your unique needs in mind.
Evidence-informed – blending modern science with traditional wisdom so you can trust the support you receive.
Practical and sustainable – no quick fixes, just realistic steps that fit into your daily life.
Deeply compassionate – we take time to listen, so you feel seen, heard, and supported.
Rooted in connection – you’re not just another appointment. You’re part of a community of care.
What Makes This Approach Different
"I finally feel like myself again. Calm, energised, and hopeful for the future."
Meet Jaydene
Jaydene is a degree-qualified Naturopath and Medical Herbalist with a Bachelor of Natural Medicine. She is a registered member of NMHNZ and also a certified Reiki Master.
Her special interests are in women’s health, particularly thyroid conditions, hormone balance, nervous system support, and gut–liver health, which she sees as the foundation of long-term wellbeing. While much of her focus is on supporting women, she also welcomes men who are seeking personalised, natural care.
Jaydene’s passion for naturopathy grew from her own health journey. After years of fatigue, brain fog, anxiety, painful cycles, and gut concerns, she was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s. That experience shaped her belief that real healing happens when people feel truly seen and supported, not just treated for symptoms.
In practice, she blends traditional naturopathic wisdom with modern science, drawing on herbal medicine, nutrition, lifestyle guidance, mind-body practices, and functional testing when needed. Her approach is always tailored to the individual, designed to uncover root causes and provide practical, compassionate care.
Jaydene’s mission is to help clients restore balance, build resilience, and reconnect with their body’s natural ability to heal so they can feel energised, confident, and fully themselves again.
What You Can Expect

Empowered to make changes that bring real, lasting resilience.
"I finally feel like myself again. Calm, energised, and hopeful for the future."
Let’s Begin with a Conversation
Taking the first step does not have to feel overwhelming.
Booking a consultation is simply a chance to talk about your health, your goals, and how natural support could help. It is not about pressure. It is a calm conversation about what is possible.
